• OpenStreetMap. Place names in the app, and the maps on the example cards on this site, come from OpenStreetMap data, © OpenStreetMap contributors, available under the Open Database License.
• Esri. The maps in the app are drawn by Esri’s Canvas basemaps, until our own map replaces them.
• Overpass API. Finding places outside the UK uses the Overpass API, run by FOSSGIS e.V.
• Protomaps. The maps on this site’s example cards were drawn from the Protomaps build of OpenStreetMap with protomaps-leaflet (BSD 3-Clause License).
